Résumé: ملخص: المجلس الأوروبي هو المعني بحماية الأقليات والذي أنشئ بهدف تعزيز حكم القانون و الحقوق الإنسانية والديمقراطية، وما يلاحظ أن المجلس أولى اهتماما كبيرا لحقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة من خلال تبنيه للاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، أو بحقوق الأقليات عن طريق اعتماده لاتفاقيات في هذا المجال أهمها الاتفاقية الإطار لحماية الأقليات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأقليات، المجلس الأوروبي، الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان. Abstract: The European Council is concerned with the protection of minorities, which was established with the aim of strengthening the rule of law, human rights and democracy, noting that the Council paid great attention to human rights in general through its adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms or the rights of minorities through the adoption of conventions in this area, Framework for the Protection of Minorities.
