حاضنات الاعمال كدعامة لمرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر - دراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز وضع حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في الجزائر، مع التركز على آليات الدعم والمرافقة التي تعتمدها حاضنة جامعة المسيلة في احتضانها لمشاريع الطلبة والباحثين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة أسهمت في تخريج خمس مؤسسات ناشئة استفادت من مختلف خدمات الدعم والمرافقة التي تقدمها، فهي تقدم خدمات التدريب والاستشارات لحاملي الأفكار والمشاريع الابتكارية، إضافة إلى الدعم المادي من أجل تجسيد فكرة المؤسسة الناشئة على أرض الواقع. This study aimed to highlight the status of university business incubators in Algeria, with a focus on the support and accompanying mechanisms adopted by Messila university incubator in its incubation of student and researcher projects. The study concluded that the business incubator of Messila University contributed to the graduation of five emerging institutions that benefited from its various support and escort services, providing training and consulting services to holders of innovative ideas and projects, as well as material support to reflect the idea of the emerging institution on the ground
