أثر التمكين الإداري في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي لدى العاملين - دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للمنظفات ومواد الصيانة( وحدة الأخضرية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التمكين الإداري على مستوى الانتماء التنظيمي لدى العاملين بالوحدة الإنتاجية التابعة بالأخضرية والتابعة للمؤسسة الوطنية للمنظفات ومواد الصيانة، حيث استهدفت هذه الدراسة عينة متكونة من 79 عاملا دائما على مستوى الإدارة الوسطى والدنيا، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع بيانات الدراسة، في حين اعتمد على برنامج SPSS في تحليل نتائج الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى كل من التمكين الإداري والانتماء التنظيمي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أنه يوجد أثر للتمكين الإداري على مستوى التنظيمي للعاملين ، حيث أن المستوى المتوسط للتمكين الإداري قد أثر سلبا على مستوى الانتماء التنظيمي لأفراد عينة الدراسة، كما أن مستوى كل بعد من أبعاد التمكين الإداري يؤثر على مستوى انتمائهم التنظيمي. This study aims at measuring the impact of managerial empowerment on the organizational affiliation of employees at the production unit of the National Company for detergents and Maintenance Materials, which targeted a sample of 79 permanent workers at the middle and lower management levels. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for collecting study data, while the SPSS program was adopted on analyzing the results of the study and testing its hypotheses. The study found that the level of both managerial empowerment and organizational affiliation was medium and that there was an impact on the organizational affiliation of workers, since the average level of managerial empowerment had negatively affected the organizational Affiliation’s level of the member’s sample. The level of each dimension of managerial empowerment also affects the level of their organizational affiliation.
