أثر التمكين الإداري على السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر " المديرية العملية للاتصالات بورقلة "

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي أثر التمكين الإداري على السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين، بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المديرية العملية للاتصالات بورقلة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 66 موظف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( Spss ) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها :  هناك اهتمام متوسط لتمكين العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة؛  هناك اهتمام عال كذلك للسلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة؛  توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية قوية بين التمكين الإداري كمتغير مستقل و السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين كمتغير تابع بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة الميدانية. The Study aimed to investigating the effect of administrative Empowerment on creative behavior of employees of Algeria Telecom – operational direction in Ouargla. This Study was applied on random sample consisting of 66 employees, to achieve the objectives of the Study the researcher used questionnaire to collect data, the data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences ( Spss). Depending on the means, standard deviation, correlations cofficient, multiple regression. The Study concluded with the following results : There is an Average level of employee’s Empowerment in entreprise under Study ; There is also a high interest in employee creative behavior, There is a strong direct correlation between administrative Empowerment as an independent variable and creative behavior of employees as a dependent variable in entreprise under Study.
