الامتيازات الجبائية خيار استراتيجي لتدعيم و تنويع الاستثمار الجزائري "جمع متفرقات من المنظومة القانونية الجزائرية"

Résumé: كفل المشرع الجزائري العديد من الإمتيازات الجبائية للمستثمرين الأجانب و الوطنيين و حتى المستثمرين في إطار بورصة الجزائر، حيث تم إدراجها ضمن إتفاقيات جبائية دولية و كذا قوانين داخلية كقانون المالية و القوانين الجبائية بالإضافة إلى قانون الإستثمار، كما عمد أيضا إلى تأسيس أجهزة تقوم بمنح هذه التحفيزات، و كانت أبرز الأجهزة التي تم التركيز عليها المجلس الوطني للإستثمار (CNI)، الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الإستثمار (ANDI) و الهيئات الداعمة للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة (ANSEJ, CNAC, ANGEM)، و للتأكد من فعالية هذه الإمتيازات الجبائية في تدعيم الإستثمار تم الإعتماد على إحصائيات أبرزت تطور حجم الإستثمار الأجنبي المملوك بالكامل للمستثمر الأجنبي أو بالشراكة، الإستثمار الوطني وكذا غير المباشر الذي يتم في إطار بورصة الجزائر.. The Algerian legislator has guaranteed many tax advantages to foreign and national investors and even investors in the frame work of the Algerian Stock Exchange, which have been included in international tax agreements and internal laws such as the fiscal law and tax laws as well as the investment law. He also established bodies that grant these incentives, The most prominent of these were the National Investment Council, the National Investment Development Agency and the Small and Medium Enterprises Supporting Agencies, In order to ensure the effectiveness of these tax advantages in supporting investment, Statistics highlighted the development of the volume of foreign investment wholly owned by the foreign investor or partnership, national and indirect investment in the framework of the Algerian Stock Exchange.
