الحوسبة السحابية : المفهوم والخصائص (تجارب دول وشركات رائدة)

Résumé: مع تطور التقنيات المتاحة من خلال شبكة الويب والزيادة المطردة في سرعات الأنترنت المتوفرة للمستخدمين، اتجهت العديد من المؤسسات إلى إتاحة تطبيقاتها للاستخدام من خلال شبكة الأنترنت بما يعرف اليوم باسم الحوسبة السحابية (Cloud computing)، هذا المصطلح الذي استهوى وجذب الكثير من المستخدمين على مستويات فردية ومؤسسية واستحوذ على اهتمام العديد من الباحثين. وقد أتت هذه الورقة البحثية للتعريف بهذا المفهوم وخصائصه مع عرض لتجارب دول وشركات رائدة في هذا المجال. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها أن الحوسبة السحابية تتيح للمستخدمين إمكانية الوصول إليها دون الحاجة لامتلاك المعرفة أو الخبرة في حدود إمكانياتهم المادية والتقنية. With the development of new technology, the appearance of new generation of the internet, and the increase of the internet speeds available to users. most of information institutions gone to use the new technology which named (cloud computing), This term has attracted a lot of users at individual and institutional levels and has attracted the attention of many researchers. This research paper came to introduce this concept and its characteristics with a presentation of the experiences of countries and leading companies in this field, One of the results is that cloud computing allows users to access it without the need to have knowledge or expertise within their physical and technical capabilities.
