Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأهمية الكبرى التي تجتاحها الحوسبة السحابية في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية ومدى مساهمة هذه السحابة في تحويل ممارساتها إلى ممارسات رقمية ذات كفاءة وفعالية، مع إضاءة حول واقع الحوسبة في السوق العالمية بالإضافة إلى إبراز بعض التطبيقات السحابية المستخدمة في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية في دول الخليج . حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع، كما تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزه ا: تبني تقنية الحوسبة السحابية أضحت الحاجة الملحة للكثير من المؤسسات لتعزيز ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية والذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تحسين أداء المؤسسة ككل وتحقيق أهدافها المخططة تماشيا مع تغيرات البيئة المطلوبة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the great importance of cloud computing in the field of human resources management and the extent to which it contributes to transforming its practices into efficient and effective digital practices, with lighting around the reality of computing in the global market as well as highlighting some cloud applications used in the field of human resources management in the Gulf States . This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach in line with the topic's nature. A number of findings were reached, most notably: the adoption of cloud computing technology has become the urgent need for many organizations to strengthen human resources management practices that would improve the performance of the enterprise as a whole and achieve its planned objectives in line with the required environmental changes.
