التخطيط اللغوي والسياسة اللغوية في الجزائر Linguistic Planning And Linguistic Policy In Algeria

Résumé: يعد التخطيط اللغوي من أهم القضايا عند الباحثين في مجال اللغة، فهو يهتم بحل المشاكل اللغوية، واتخاذ كل الوسائل المناسبة لتنفيذ السياسة اللغوية على اعتبار أنها على علاقة تلازمي بالتخطيط اللغوي، والجزائر من بين الدول التي انتهجت سياستها اللغوية، وتخطيطا معيّنا للنهوض بلغتها. ونحاول في هذه المقالة أن نتتبع مظاهر التخطيط اللغوي والسياسة اللغوية اللتين انتهجتهما الجزار منذ الاستقلال في كل من التعليم والإدارة والإعلام. Language planning is one of the most important issues for researchers in the field of language, because it is a question of solving linguistic problems, and taking all appropriate means to implement language policy, since It is correlated with language planning. In this article, we try to trace the aspects of language planning and language policy that Algeria has pursued since independence, both in education and in administration and the media.
