دور المؤسسات الداعمة في دعم المرأة المقاولة The Role Of Supportive Institutions In Empowering Female Entrepreneurs

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور المؤسسات الداعمة في دعم المرأة المقاولة من خلال التطرق لمفهوم المرأة المقاولة وخصائصها والفرق بينها و بين الرجل المقاول، والتعرف على أهم المؤسسات الداعمة لمجال المقاولاتية ودورها في دعم المرأة المقاولة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المرأة المقاولة تسعى لتحقيق الذات والاستقلالية المالية، كما وفرت الدولة الجزائرية عدة إمكانيات لتسهيل و دعم المرأة للوقوف على مشروعها This study aims to know the role of supporting institutions in supporting entrepreneurial women by addressing the concept of entrepreneurial women, their characteristics, and the difference between them and the entrepreneurial man, and identifying the most important institutions supporting the field of entrepreneurship and their role in supporting entrepreneurial women. The study concluded that the entrepreneurial woman seeks self-realization and financial independence. The Algerian state has also provided several possibilities to facilitate and support women to find out about their project.
