Résumé: في ضوء ما تشهده الساحة الاقتصادية العالمية من تغيرات على أكثر من صعيد، احتلت المقاولة النسوية دورا رياديا في دعم الجهود التنموية في كافة الاقتصاديات لاسيما النامية منها، و الجزائر كغيرها من الدول بذلت عدة جهود لترقية دور المرأة بدءا من تهيئة الأرضية التشريعية والقانونية وصولا لوضع آليات وأجهزة مؤسساتية من أجل تنفيذ ومراقبة البرامج، و تأهيل الأنظمة التسييرية والوظيفية لهذه المؤسسات بغية تحسين وتميز أداءها. لذا سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة إعطاء إطار شامل ومختصر حول المقاولة النسوية، ودراسة مدى تهيئة الظروف وتعبئة السياسات للمساعدة على ديمومتها، وثم حاولنا تقديم قراءة تحليلية لنتائج عمل تلك الآليات وفقا لما بينته آخر الإحصائيات المتعلقة بنشاط المرأة المقاولاتي في الجزائر ولنتناول في الأخير الصعوبات التي تواجهها. Abstract : In the context of the changing economic world, women's entrepreneurship has played an important role in supporting development efforts in all economies, especially developing ones, Algeria, like other countries, has made several efforts to promote the role of women, starting with the creation of the legislative and legal framework to establish institutional mechanisms and mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of programs and the rehabilitation of the administrative and functional systems of these institutions in order to improve their performance. we will try to provide an analytical reading of the results of the work of these mechanisms according to the latest statistics related to the activity of women entrepreneurs in Algeria, with reference to the difficulties they face.
