دور المقاولاتية الخضراء في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة المحلية بين الواقع والتحديات

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر المقاولاتية الخضراء من أهم الأدوات المعتمد عليها لتحقيق التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر؛ وذلك باعتبارها مشاريع تقوم على الإبداع وتكون صديقة للبيئة إذ تهدف إلى تحقيق غايات اقتصادية بالدرجة الأولى لكن مع ضمان عدم المساس بالبيئة أو المجتمع. وعليه أصبح تبني المقاولاتية الخضراء أمر حتمي لابد منه، لما له من آثار إيجابية في خلق بيئة نظيفة، ولما لها من دور مهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال الركائز المهمة التي تعتمد عليها. ولقد بذلت الجزائر وكغيرها من الدول العديد من الجهود لتشجيع المقاولاتية الخضراء على المستوى المحلي، في المقابل توجد العديد من الرهانات والتحديات والعوائق التي تواجه المقاولين الخضر والتي لا يُستهان بها والمرتكزة أساسا في مجملها على الصعوبات المالية والسوقية بالإضافة إلى صعوبات أخرى لا تقل أهمية. Abstract: Green entrepreneurship is one of the most important tools relied on to achieve the transition towards a green economy, This is because these projects are based on creativity and are environmentally friendly, as they aim to achieve economic goals in the first place, but while ensuring that the environment or society is not harmed. Therefore, the adoption of green entrepreneurship has become an imperative and must, because of its positive effects in creating a clean environment, and because of its important role in achieving sustainable development through the important pillars on which it relies. Algeria, like other countries, has made many efforts to encourage green entrepreneurship at the local level. On the other hand, there are many bets, challenges and obstacles facing green entrepreneurs, which are not insignificant and based mainly on financial and market difficulties, in addition to other difficulties that are no less important.
