القيادة التشاركية في ظل مراحل تسيير المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية"رؤية سوسيو اقتصادية"

Résumé: تعتبر القيادة التشاركية نمط من أنماط القيادة الإدارية ، التي تقوم على مشاركة المرؤوسين في اتخاذ القرارات ، وتشجعهم على تكوين العلاقات الشخصية وتحقيق التفاهم والتبادل بين أفراد الجماعة ، وتكون قنوات الاتصال مفتوحة في جميع الاتجاهات ، كما أن هذا النمط يهتم ببعد الإنتاج في المؤسسة ويسعى لتحقيق أهدافها إلى جانب اهتمامه بالبعد الإنساني. إن نمط القيادة التشاركية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية ينطلق من خلال تتبع المراحل التسييرية التي عرفتها المؤسسة الجزائرية بداية من مرحلة التسيير الذاتي إلى تطور المؤسسة في ظل الخوصصة، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور القيادة التشاركية في ظل مراحل تسيير المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية ، حيث تمحورت إشكالية دراستنا في إلقاء الضوء على نشأة القيادة التشاركية ومفهومها وخصائصها، وكذا دور القيادة التشاركية في ظل مراحل تسيير المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. كما توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى أن رغم كل الإصلاحات التي قامت بها الحكومة الجزائرية في مختلف مراحل تسيير المؤسسة الاقتصادية إلا أنها لم ترق إلى تطلعات العاملين التي تنادي بالقيادة التشاركية ضمن فضاء اقتصادي متطور. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الإدارية، القيادة التشاركية ،المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، رؤية سوسيو اقتصادية. Abstract: Participatory leadership is considered a type of managerial leadership, which is based on the participation of subordinates in decision – making, and encourages them to form personal relationships and achieve understanding and exchange between members of the group, and communication channels are open in all directions, and this pattern is concerned with the dimension of production in the institution and seeks to achieve its goals to besides his interest in the human dimension. The pattern of participatory leadership in the Algerian economic institution starts by tracing the management stages that the Algerian institution has known, starting from the stage of self-management to the development of the institution under privatization, and therefore this study aims to try to know the role of participatory leadership in light of the stages of running the Algerian economic institution. The problem of our study in shedding light on the emergence of participatory leadership, its concept and characteristics ,as well as the role of participatory leadership under the stages of running the Algerian economic institution. The study also found that despite all the reforms undertaken by the Algerian government in the various stages of running the economic institution ,it did not live up to the aspirations of workers calling for participatory leadership within an advanced economic space.
