مساهمة التمويل الإيجاري في بعث المشاريع الريادية بالبنوك التجارية- دراسة ميدانية على عينة من رواد الأعمال الممولين من طرف وكالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بالجلفة -

Résumé: تتطرق هذه الدراسة لأهم الأدبيات النظرية التي تناولت موضوعي التمويل الإيجاري والمشاريع الريادية وتبيان وجهة نظر أصحاب المشاريع الريادية في مدى مساهمة التمويل الإيجاري في بعث المشاريع الريادية، وقد أًعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة جانبها النظري ودراسة ميدانية تضمنت حالة أصحاب المشاريع الممولين من طرف وكالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بالجلفة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أي أثر للتمويل الإيجاري على بعث المشاريع الريادية المعتمدة على الإبداع والابتكار وعدم وجود اختلاف في تصورات أصحاب المشاريع حول التمويل الإيجاري تعزى للعوامل الشخصية، كما أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة تكييف الأطر القانونية مع متطلبات ريادة الأعمال وعدم الاكتفاء بالنشاطات التقليدية من خلال فتح المجال لتمويل النشاطات ذات الكثافة الإبداعية. This study deals with the most important theoretical literature dealing with the topics of Lease financing and entrepreneurial projects and shows the perspective of entrepreneurs in the extent of the contribution of Leasing in the entrepreneurial projects, The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive method to treatment its theoretical part and a field study that included the case of the entrepreneurs funded by BADR Bank in Djelfa. The study found that there is no impact of Lease financing on the creation of entrepreneurial projects based on creativity and innovation, And the absence of a difference in the perceptions of entrepreneurs on Leasing attributed to personal factors, This study also recommended that legal frameworks should be adapted to the requirements of entrepreneurship and not limited to traditional activities by open the field to financing creative activities.
