التنمية في الوطن العربي من منضور الدراسات الاكاديمية العربية

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال مسالة اسالت الكثير من الحبر واهمت الكثير من الباحثين ،وهي مسالة التنمية في الوطن العربي وفي الجزائر بصفة خاصة ،ويتعرض هذا المقال لمفهوم التنمية ومؤشراتهابصفة عامة ،ولأهم معيقات التنمية في شتى المجالات ،كما يرصد من خلال دراسات اكاديمية لباحثين من الوطن العربي واقع الحال في الوطن العربي في مجالات مختارة من مجالات التنمية( الثقافية السياسية، الاجتماعية، التربوية ،الاقتصادية) وما يتخللها من معيقات ضلت تكبح تطور هذه المجتمعات، حيث تنوعت الدراسات العربية الأكاديمية في معالجة الموضوع بتنوع زوايا المعالجة لتخلص في الأخير إلى نتائج عديدة ومتنوعة تدلل على مدى خطورة الغفلة عن أهمية ودور التنمية خاصة تنمية الموارد البشرية. This article examines an issue whichconsumed a lot of inkand interestedmanyresearchers; It’s the question of development in the Arab world generally, and in Algeria in particular. This article deals with the concept of development, itsindicators in general, and the most important obstacles to development in variousfields. Throughacademicstudiescarried out by researchersfrom the Arab world, it monitors the reality in the Arab world in selected areas of development (cultural, political, social, educational and economic) and the permeating obstacles thatinhibits the development of thesecommunities, where the academyArabstudiesvaried in the treatment of the subjectaccording to the variety of treatment angles. At last, it arrives to manyvariedresultsthatdemonstrate the seriousness of neglecting the importance of the role of development, especially the development of humanresources.
