حماية السجناء من جائحة كورونا والتدابير الوقائية مابعد الجائحة

Résumé: ملخص تشمل دراسة الرعاية الصحية للسجناء في ظل جائحة كورونا إلى إعطاء صورة شاملة عن النشاط المجتمع الدولي في الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد19) ويتمثل النشاط الدولي في كل ما قامت به المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية لمجابهة جائحة كورونا داخل السجون وأماكن الاحتجاز. كما تعرضنا في هذه الدراسة إلى المجهودات التي بذلتها الدولة الجزائرية للحد من انتشار جائحة كورونا داخل السجون الجزائرية، وشملت هذه الدراسة مبحثين تعرضنا في المبحث الأول للرعاية الصحية للسجناء على المستوى الدولي مبرزين التدابير الوقائية الدولية من جائحة كورونا وكذلك التدابير العلاجية والتنظيمية لحماية السجناء من جائحة كورونا في الجزائر، في حين تعرضنا للتدابير الوقائية على المستوى السياسي المتمثلة في مراسيم العفو وتعليمات وزارة العدل وكذلك التدابير الوقائية المتخذة من طرف المديرية العامة لإدارة السجون من اجل منع انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا داخل السجون في مبحث ثان. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرعاية الصحية – حماية السجناء – التدابير الوقائية – التدابير العلاجية – فيروس كورونا (كوفيد 19) Abstract The study of health care for prisoners in light of the coronavirus includes giving a comprehensive picture of international community’s activity in limiting the spread of corona (covid 19) and the international activity is exemplified in everything that international and regional organization have done to confront corona in prisons and places of detention . We also discussed in this study the efforts made by the Algerian state to limit the spread of the corona pandemic inside Algerian prisons .This study included two researches. In the first research, We presented health care to prisoners at the international level, heghlighting the international preventive measures from the coronavirus, as well as curative and organizational measures to protect prisoners from the coronavirus (covid19) catastrophe in Algeria. We discussed the preventive measures at the political level represented in the amnesty decrees and the instructions of the Ministry of Justice, as well as the preventive measures taken by the General Authority For Prison Administration in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus epidemic inside prisons.
