حماية العامل المعاق اثناء التدابير الوقائية ضد كورونا (كوفيد-19)

Résumé: رغم الاهتمام الدولي والوطني بحقوق المعاقين، فان حالات الاعاقة في تزايد، لان الأصل في المشكلة هو منع اسبابها. والمجتمع الدولي عاجز عن حل النزاعات التي تتسبب في الكثير من الحالات. اما القانون الداخلي، فقد تضمن حماية المعاقين، لكنه تأخر في تنفيذ بعض النصوص. خاصة لما انتشر وباء كورونا، اين يكون المعاق في تحدي جديد مع القيود المفروضة. فكيف يتأقلم المعاق مع الظروف الطارئة عن انتشار وباء كورونا؟ والنتيجة، ان المعاق يستطيع التأقلم مع التدابير الوقائية من وباء كورونا، لكنه في حاجة دائمة الى الرعاية والتشجيع من الأسرة والمجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية المعاق؛ التدابير الوقائية؛ الوباء؛ كورونا (كوفيد-19) Abstract Despite international and national interest in the disability rights, Disabilities are increasing, Because the root of the problem is to prevent its causes.
