الهندسة الوراثية برؤية بيوتيقية في ظل التحولات البيوتكنولوجية.

Résumé: شهد القرن العشرين تطورات علمية في شتى الميادين منها البيولوجيا والطب، حيث عرف هذا المجال ثورة علمية واسعة كان لها تأثير كبير في تغير أنماط الحياة، ونتج عنها العديد من الأبحاث كالتلقيح الاصطناعي، الاستنساخ، الهندسة الوراثية... هذه الأخيرة التي اتسعت مجالات استخداماتها فأدى إلى ظهور جملة من الانتهاكات الأخلاقية الناتجة عن الممارسات الطبية، وهذا ما استدعى ظهور البيوإتيقا كمرجعية لمواجهة التحولات البيوتكنولوجية الراهنة. من هنا نتساءل: أين الإنسان من كل هذه التقنيات لأنه مكتشفها ومطبقها؟ كيف تفاعلت النظرة الإيتيقية مع هذا الوافد العلمي؟ وكيف تم استخدام البيوتكنولوجيا على مستوى الهندسة الوراثية؟. : the Twentieth century saw a scientific developments in various fields. As biology and medicine, This field knew a big scientific revolution was influenced by the changing styles of life. And they produced a various research like artificial insemination. reproduction genetic engineering … the latter was a different fields of using which led to abuses of medicine deontology. This has required the appearance of bioethics like an authority in order to front biotechnology changing’s of nowadays. So we give a question here: where is the role of human being who has created and applied all of this techniques? How did etiquette vision interact with this arrival of science? And how they used biotechnology at the level of genetic engineering?.
