الحماية القانونية للأسرة

Résumé: يعد عقد الزواج من أخطر العقود لما يميزه من خصوصية العلاقات داخل الأسرة الواحدة بالإضافة إلى الآثار الهامة ذات الصلة بوجود أولاد، ونظراً لذلك فقد أولى قانون الأسرة الجزائري اهتماما بالغاً بالأحكام القانونية لعقد الزواج وحافظ على المراكز القانونية لطرفي العلاقة، كما أولى المصلحة الفضلى للأبناء حتى يكفل لهم الحماية الكافية وذلك من خلال تجريم السلوكات المنافية لهذه الحماية وتقريرها في شكل جرائم ضمنها في قانون العقوبات. وهو ما يدعمه التطور التشريعي الحاصل مؤخراً في مجال حماية الزوجة والأبناء على الصعيد المعنوي قبل اللفظي والجسدي.
