Résumé: تناولت دراستنا موضوع الحماية القانونية للأسرة في قانون الأسرة الجزائري استنادا في ذلك على النصوص القانونية والأحكام الشرعية . حيث يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى إبراز بعض مظاهر الحماية القانونية للأسرة في قانون الأسرة الجزائري ومعرفة مدى قدرة المشرع الج زائري على توفير هذه الحماية . اهتم المشرع الجزائري بالأسرة اهتماما بالغا وسطر الكثير من النصوص القانونية بهدف حمايتها فهو لا ينظر إلى الأسرة كنظام يتدخل لحمايته فحسب، بل ينظر إلى أساس وجودها وأهدافها فهي أساس قيام كل مجتمع Research Summary : This study deals with the legal protection of the family in the Algerian law, which is based on legal texts and Sharia provisions. This topic aims to show some aspects of legal protection for the family in Algerian law and to know the extent of the Algerian legislature's ability to provide this protection. The Algerian legislator took great care of the family and wrote many legal texts in order to protect it.
