مؤشرات الأداء المالي وتأثيرها على القيمة السوقية للأسهم دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة (2014-2016)

Résumé: نهدف في دراستنا هذه إلى محاولة قياس أثر مؤشرات الأداء المالي ممثلة في: القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة، والقيمة السوقية المضافة، وربحية السهم الواحد والعائد على الأصول والعائد على حقوق الملكية، على القيمة السوقية للأسهم معبرا عنها بسعر الإغلاق للمؤسسات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية، ومن ثمة تحديد إي المؤشرات أكثر تفسيرا، واعتمدنا لتحقيق ذلك على عينة مكونة من 30 مؤسسة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان على مدى ثلاث سنوات من 2014 إلى 2016 مستخدمين كلا من الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، والانحدار الخطي البسيط. وخلصنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تفوق مؤشر القيمة السوقية المضافة على باقي المؤشرات الأخرى لتفسير تغيرات سعر الإغلاق، حيث فسر 74.73% من التغيرات، يليه مؤشر ربحية السهم ب 59.85% ،ثم مؤشر القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة ب 25.33% ،ثم معدل العائد على الأصول ب 5.59% ،بينما مؤشر العائد على حقوق الملكية لم يكن له تأثير على سعر الإغلاق. The aim of this study is to try to measure the impact of financial performance indicators represented in: economic value added, market value added, earnings per share, return on assets and return on equity on the market value of shares expressed at the closing price of industrial establishments listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. In order to achieve this, we decided to identify a number of indicators that are based on a sample of 30 industrial establishments listed on the ASE over three years from 2014 to 2016 using both linear regression and simple linear regression. In this study we concluded that the market value added index exceeded the other indices to explain the changes in the closing price, where it explained 74.73% of the changes, followed by the earnings per share index of 59.85%, then the economic value added index of 25.33%, then the rate of return on assets 5.59%, while the return on equity did not have an impact on the closing price.
