الديمقراطية التشاركية كأداة لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: تسعى غالبية الدول إلى تحقيق التكافل بين أفراده المجتمع الواحد، وتنمية روح الانتماء الوطني عبر تكريس الديمقراطية التشاركية، وهذا لا يتحقق إلا بإشراك المواطن في اتخاذ القرارات في مختلف الجوانب الحياتية لا سيما الاجتماعية منها، وهذا في إطار مخطط التنمية المستدامة خاصة في شقها الاجتماعي المسطر من قبل الدول، ويهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على جهود الدول وخاصة الجزائر للتكريس العملي للديمقراطية التشاركية باعتبارها أفضل وسيلة لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة. خلص البحث إلى أن الجزائر تعرف تأخرا في التكريس العملي للديمقراطية التشاركية كأداة لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة، أين ينحصر دور المواطن بشكل خاص في النشاط الجمعوي. The majority of states seek to achieve solidarity among their members in one society, and to develop the spirit of national belonging through the dedication of participatory democracy, and this is achieved only by involving citizens in decision-making in various aspects of life, particularly social ones, within the framework of the sustainable development plan, especially in its social division lined up by states, and the research aims to highlight the efforts of states, especially Algeria, to practically enshrine participatory democracy as the best way to achieve sustainable social development. The research concluded that Algeria knows a delay in the practical dedication of participatory democracy as a tool for achieving sustainable social development, where the role of citizens is particularly limited to collective activity.
