Résumé: This study is concerned with measuring the contribution of financial control in evaluating the financial performance of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Madiyya during the period 2014/2016. In this study we tried to clarify the role of the financial control system and its ability to prepare reports on the status of the institution to facilitate this process and its role in monitoring the system, Procedures related to the financial control system and methods of work that regulate the various operations related to the institution.
