الإشراف التربوي ودوره في تطوير الكفايات التدريسية للمعلمين بالمدرسة الابتدائية –دراسة ميدانية ببعض المدارس الابتدائية -ببلدية سطيف-

Résumé: الملخص: يحتل الإشراف التربوي مكانة عالية في العملية التربوية لأنه القناة التي ينفذ من خلالها واقع التربية والتعليم، فهو الذي يضع الخطط والسياسة التعليمية موضع التنفيذ ويعمل على توفير المناخ المناسب لجميع محاور العملية التعليمية لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات المرجوة، على رأسها تطوير وتحسين النمو المهني للمعلمين. لهذا فقد هدفت الدراسة الحالية للوقوف على الدور الذي يلعبه الإشراف التربوي في تطوير الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين، ولتحقيق هذا تم الاعتماد على عينة تضم 117 معلم ومعلمة و (09) مشرفين تربويين، أما أداة الدراسة فتمثلت في استبيان موحد لكلا العينتين تضمن أربعة مجالات للكفايات التدريسية، وبعد تحليل النتائج تم التوصل إلى أن المشرف التربوي يمارس دوره بمستوى متوسط حسب وجهة نظر المعلمين، في حين أن المشرف التربوي يمارس دوره بمستوى كبير حسب وجهة نظر المشرفين أنفسهم. Abstract: The educational supervision it’s very important in the educational process, because it’s the channel through witch we can see the real image of education and teaching moreover the educational supervision puts the various pedagogical methods and the educational policy into practice the provides the adequate climate for achieving the desired objectives among its main objectives the teacher’s development through the years. In this study we aim at emphasizing on the role of educational supervision in developing the teacher s teaching competencies in primary school our study consists of a sample of 117 primary school teacher’s and supervisors the same questionnaire was handed to both teacher’s and supervisors the questionnaire consists of four fields of the teaching competencies. After analysing the results, we found that the teacher’s concluded that the educational supervisor’s role is not as important as expected whereas this latter concluded that he’s playing a major role in teacher’s development.
