دور العوامل التنظيمية في تعزيز العمل الجماعي دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بتقرت

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف بشكل دقيق على العوامل التنظيمية و على العوامل المؤثرة على العمل الجماعي, بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة, وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع, كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال الملاحظة العلمية ,والوثائق الرسمية, والمقابلة الشخصية, والاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 19 وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من مفهوم العوامل التنظيمية لدى العاملين نظرا لاهتمام المؤسسة بهذه العوامل وممارستها, العلاقة الإرتباطية بين العوامل التنظيمية كمتغير مستقل والعمل الجماعي كمتغير تابع علاقة إرتباطية طردية, ويتجسد ذلك من خلال البعدين التدريب والهيكل التنظيمي من أبعاد العوامل التنظيميةThis study aims to identify the organizational factors and the factors that effect on the collective work clearly; also it focuses on the relationship between the variables of the study. The descriptive analytical method was conducted in this topic. The case study approach also was used through: the scientific observation, the official documents, the personal meeting, and the questionnaire with statistic evaluation by SPSS program (copy19). The study finds out that there is an average level from the notion of organizational factors of the employees due to the interest of the institution in these factors and its practices, the relationship between organizational factors as an independent variable and the collective work as a dependent variable is a positive and reflected correlation through the dimensions of training and organizational structure from the dimensions of organizational factors
