واقع الكفايات التعليمية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الكفايات التعليمية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في الجزائر، ومن وجهة نظرهن، ذلك أن معلمة الروضة تعد حجر الزاوية في تحقيق أهداف التربية في مرحلة حاسمة لها خصوصيتها في بناء وتكوين شخصية الفرد، ولهذا تحتاج معلمة رياض الأطفال إلى أن تمتلك من الكفايات ما يساعدها على تحقيق أهداف تربية الطفل. ولتحقيق ذلك إعتمدت الدراسة على دليل للاستمارة وأخر للملاحظة، وتطبيقهما على عينة قوامها 25 معلمة تمثل كل مجتمع الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن معلمات روضة الرشاد التابعة لجمعية الارشاد والإصلاح فرع عين أرنات يمتلكن كفايات التخطيط والتنفيد بدرجة كبيرة، ويحتجن إلى تحسين كفايات التقويم، لأنها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. الكلمات المفتاح : كفايات؛ تعليمية؛ روضة؛ معلمة، طفل. Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify the reality of the educational competencies of the kindergarten teachers in Algeria, and from their point of view, as the kindergarten teacher is the cornerstone in achieving the goals of education at a crucial stage that has its specificity in building and forming the personality of the individual. Of competencies, this helps them to achieve the goals of raising children. Based on a manual for the form and another for observation, and applied to a sample of 25 teachers representing the whole study community. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The kindergarten teachers of Al-Rashad, have a high degree of planning and enforcement skills, and need to improve the efficiency of the assessment, because it came to a medium degree.
