التراخي التنظيمي وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التراخي التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفيلعمال المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية 19 مارس 1962 , ولهذا الغرضانطلقت هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: هل يوجد علاقة بين التراخي التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال مؤسسةالصحة الجوارية 19 مارس 1962؟ وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي : ـ هل توجد علاقة بين التسيب الاداري والرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال المؤسسةالعمومية للصحة الجوارية 19 مارس 1962 ؟ ـ هل توجد علاقة بين هدر الوقت و الرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال المؤسسة العموميةللصحة الجوارية 19 مارس 1962 ؟ ـ هل توجد علاقة بين التكاسل والرضا الوظيفي لدى عمال المؤسسة العموميةللصحة الجوارية 19 مارس 1962؟ وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لتماشيه مع موضوعالدارسة، في حين تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عمال المؤسسة العمومية للصحةالجوارية 19 مارس 1962, وتم الاعتماد على العينة العرضيةوللحصول على المعطيات الميدانية تم الاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان وقد احتوى على 24 بندا , وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: ـ ان التراخي والتسيب الإداري يزيد من رضا العمال ويستغلونه لتحقيق اهدافهمالخاصة . ـ اهمية الآليات الرقابية لمنع التسيب الاداري و انتشار التراخي التنظيمي . ـ كما خلصت الدراسة الى اهمية الثقافة القوية للمؤسسة التي تزيد من انتماء العمالوتعاونهم لتحقيق الاهداف العامة دون هدر الوقت. ـ تأثير المناخ التنظيمي على تراخي العمال حيث ان بيئة العمل التي يعمها الفسادتأثر على اهتمام وحرص العمال على اداء المهام المنوطة بهم وتزيد من تكاسلهم . Abstract This study aimed at revealing the relationship betweenorganizational indolence and job satisfaction for theworkers of the Public Health Corporation, March 19, 1962.For this purpose, this study was launched from a main question : -Is there a relationship between organizational laxity andjob satisfaction among the workers of the Jawiya HealthInstitution, March 19, 1962 ? -A group of sub-questions emerged from this question, asfollows ? -Is there a relationship between administrative laxity and job satisfaction among the workers of the Public HealthCorporation of Jordan, March 19, 1962 ? -Is there a relationship between wasting time and jobsatisfaction among the workers of the Public HealthCorporation, March 19, 1962 -Is there a relationship between inactivity and jobsatisfaction among the workers of the Public HealthCorporation, March 19, 1962 ? -In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach due toits compatibility with the subject of the study, while thestudy population was represented by the workers of thePublic Institution for Neighborhood Health March 19, 1962,and the intentional accidental sample was reliedupon, and to obtain field data, the questionnaire tool wasused, and it contained 24 items, and it reached The study leads to the following results : -Administrative laxity and laxity increases workers' satisfaction and they exploit it to achieve their own goals . -The importance of oversight mechanisms to preventadministrative laxity and the spread of organizational laxity. .The study also concluded the importance of a strongcorporate culture that increases the workers' affiliation andcooperation to achieve the general goals without wastingtime. -The impact of the organizational climate on workers'indolence, as the work environment, which is pervasivewith corruption, affects the interest and eagerness ofworkers to perform the tasks entrusted to them andincreases their inactivity.
