الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى الطالب الجامعي في ضوء متغيري الجنس والتخصص دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى طلبة جامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. وقد تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (87) طالب وطالبة في مختلف التخصصات. وقد اعتمدنا على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني من اعداد الباحثة بن عمور جميلة(2017) الذي يتكون من 29عبارة تتوزع على أربعة أبعاد وهي: معرفة الإنفعالات، تنظيم الإنفعالات، تسيير الإنفعالات، التعاطف. واسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين مرتفع، مع عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. Abstract: This study aims to know the level of emotional intelligence among students at Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi Ouzou and to reveal differences in the level of emotional intelligence according to the variables of gender and specialization. The study was conducted on a sample of (87) male and female students in various specializations. We relied on the emotional intelligence scale prepared by researcher Ben Amour Jamila (2017), which consists of 29 statements divided into four dimensions: knowledge of emotions, regulation of emotions, management of emotions, and empathy. The results of the study revealed that the level of emotional intelligence among university students is high, with no differences in the level of emotional intelligence depending on the variables of gender and specialization.
