الإستراتيجيات المصرفية لمكافحة تبييض الأموال

Résumé: تصنف ظاهرة تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب في خانة الجرائم المنظمة كونها تمس بمصالح اقتصادية عليا.و رغم تعدد أنماطها وأشكالها إلا أن البنية المصرفية تعد الأكثر استهدافا، نظرا للدور الكبير الذي تقوم به في تقديم الخدمات المصرفية سواء كانت هذه الخدمات تقليدية أو حديثة حيث تعتبر كقناة رئيسية لنقل وتحويل الأموال الغير مشروعة لإطفاء الصبغة القانونية عليها. لذا يتحمل البنك العبء الأكبر في مواجهة عمليات تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وهذا لحماية نفسه من المسؤوليات القانونية المترتبة عليه. و لبلوغ الهدف المرجو من الدراسة نثير الإشكالية التالية: فيما تتجلى الإستراتيجيات المصرفية الكفيلة بالوقاية من ظاهرة تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب؟ وارتأيت للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية إتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي الكلمات المفتاحية: تبييض الأموال؛ الرقابة الاحترازية؛ المؤسسات المالية؛ آليات المكافحة. Abstract The phenomenon of money laundering and the financing of terrorism is classified as an organized crime because it affects high economic interests. Despite its many types and forms, the banking structure is the most targeted, given the large role it plays in providing banking services, whether these services are traditional or modern, as they are considered as the main channel.
