سوق العقار في وادي سوف في الفترة (1884-1915)م من خلال عقود المحاكم الشرعية

Résumé: ترتكز هذه الورقة البحثية على الوثائق الأرشيفية، التي تعالج إحدى مظاهر الوضع الاقتصادي في وادي سوف بالجنوب الجزائري زمن المستعمر الفرنسي، وتحديدا من نهاية القرن التاسع عشر إلى بداية القرن الموالي، ونوع تلك الوثائق في الأساس هي العقود المسجلة في أرشيف المحاكم الشرعية الرسمية، والتي بدأ نشاطها منذ أن حلّ المستعمر بالمنطقة. يزخر أرشيف المحاكم بمعلومات فريدة ومادة دسمة حول سوق العقارات في المجال المذكور والفترة المحددة، ونهدف من خلال تفحص ودراسة واستنطاق عقود هذا النوع من التجارة، إلى تجلي واقع سوق العقار بأنواعه المبني وغير المبني، بالتعرف على نوع العقار وأشكاله وأسعاره والشروط المتعلقة بذلك في البيع والشراء. This research paper is based on archival documents, which deal with one of the manifestations of the economic situation in Oued Souf in southern Algeria, the time of the French colonizer, from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the next century. The archives of the courts are rich in unique information and material about the real estate market in this area and the specified period. We aim, through the examination, examination and questioning of contracts of this type of trade, to illustrate the reality of the market for real estate, both built and unbuilt, by identifying the type of property, its forms and prices and the related conditions of sale and purchase.
