(_واقع التنظيم الإداري للاتصال في المؤسسة الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية في المديرية العامة لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر _مديرية الاتصال

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التنظيم الإداري لمديرية الاتصال في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر ( المديرية العامة)، من خلال قياس درجة توافر متغيرات التنظيم الإداري ( والتي تتمثل في أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي والعلاقات التنظيمية وكفاءة وفاعلية التنظيم ) في مديرية الاتصال، وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: إن درجة توافر أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي للمديرية كانت متوسطة (63.8%)، كما أن طبيعة العلاقات التنظيمية في المديرية كانت عادية (62.0%)، فحين أن مستوى كفاءة وفاعلية التنظيم معا في المديرية كان منخفض (49.0%). This study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative organization of the Communication Directorate at the Algeria Post Corporation (General Directorate), by measuring the degree of availability of the variables of the administrative organization (which are the dimensions of the organizational structure, organizational relations and the efficiency and effectiveness of organization) in the Communication Directorate. The results have been reached the following: The degree of availability of the dimensions of the organizational structure of the directorate was medium (63.8%) and the nature of organizational relations in the directorate was normal (62.0%), when the level of efficiency and effectiveness of organization together in the directorate was low (49.0%).
