Legal Personality: A Study Of Will And Perception And A Comparison Of Mental Systems Between Humans And Artificial Intelligence
Résumé: With the rapid advancement of technology and artificial intelligence, new legal and ethical issues have emerged regarding will and consciousness. Artificial intelligence raises questions about its ability to efficiently perform tasks, yet it lacks will and understanding similar to humans. Therefore, it has become necessary to establish a comprehensive legal framework to regulate the use of smart technology and define its legal personality, contributing to a striking balance between technological advancement and safeguarding human values and rights. Based on these findings, we have concluded that the legal personality of artificial intelligence varies depending on its ability to understand and perceive, and therefore its freedom of choice in decision-making
