إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق كأداة لتحقيق الأداء المتميز دراسة حالة للمؤسسة الناشئة Yassir للفترة 2017-2020

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة أساسا إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق في المؤسسة yassirودورها في تحقيق الأداء المتميز من خلال تطبيق أبعادها (الزيادة، الاستبعاد، التقليص، الابتكار)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأداة الاستبيان وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها تطبق المؤسسة محل الدراسة أبعاد إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق بدرجة عالية، مما جعلها رائدة في سوق النقل والتي تسيطر عليه بنسبة 80%، حيث توصي الدراسة باستمرار المؤسسة في تطبيق إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق والتي يؤدي تطبيقها إلى تحقيق النجاح وضمان البقاء والاستمرار. الكلمات المفتاحية: إستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق؛ أداء متميز؛ yassir. تصنيف JEL : M10 ؛ P17. The study mainly aimed to know the extent to which the blue ocean strategy is applied in the Yassir Corporation and its role in achieving excellence performance through the application of its dimensions (increase, exclusion, reduction, innovation), where the descriptive analytical approach was used with the questionnaire tool and analyzed using the statistical program spss, The study reached a set of results, including the institution under study applying the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy to a high degree, which made it a leader in the transport market, which is controlled by 80%,Where the study recommends that the institution continue to implement the blue ocean strategy, the application of which leads to achieving success and ensuring survival and continuity.
