معوقات الممارسة الصحفية في الجزائر في ظل التشريعات الإعلامية الجديدة .

Résumé: الملخص: مع تصاعد الأصوات المنادية بضرورة نشر الديمقراطية في العالم ، يزداد طرح قضايا الحقوق والحريات على المستوى الدولي و المحلي ومن بين هذه الحريات ، حرية الإعلام و الصحافة التي أخذت حيزا كبيرا من الاهتمام ، وعليه عرفت الممارسة الصحفية في الجزائر تقدما لا بأس به في مجال الحريات ، لكن رغم ذلك تواجه حرية الصحافة بعض العراقيل ، ما يعني وجود معوقات تحد من حرية الممارسة الصحفية لا سيما القانونية و التشريعية منها التي تواجه الصحفي وتصدم المهنة الصحفية ، وسيكون فحوى هذه الورقة العلمية هو معرفة معوقات الممارسة الصحفية في الجزائر من خلال قانوني الإعلام 1990 و 2012 وقانون السمعي البصري 2014 Abstract: With the rising voices of the need to spread democracy in the world, the issues of rights and freedoms at the international and domestic levels are increasingly being raised, including freedom of media and journalism that took up a great deal of attention, so the journalistic practice in Algeria has been well advanced in the area of freedoms, However, freedom of the press faces some obstacles, which means that there are impediments to the freedom of journalistic practice, especially legal and legislative, which face the journalist is shocked by the journalistic profession, and the content of this scientific paper will be the knowledge of the impediments to journalistic practice in Algeria through the media law 1990 and 2012 and the Audiovisual Act 2014.
