Résumé: In this study, we seek to highlight the impact of modern media and communication technologies on journalistic professionalism and journalism.The advent of the second generation of web applications has changed the parameters of traditional journalism practice,anda new media formats and patterns have been produced that have influenced the journalistic profession and under these new media practicesthe problem of journalistic ethics has emerged,This is what we are going to address in this study and before we address the new media and the effects of technology on journalistic practice and journalistic ethics in the new media era we will read a brief about ethics in Western philosophical thought and Arab-Islamic thought.نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه الى تسليط الضوء على تأثير التكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال على المهنية الصحفية والعمل الصحفي سواء شكلا أو مضمونا، فبظهور الجيل الثاني من تطبيقات الويب تغيرت معالم الممارسة الصحفية التقليدية، وأنتجت أشكال وأنماط إعلامية جديدة، أثرت على المهنة الصحفية وفي ظل هذه الممارسات الإعلامية الجديدة، شكل موضوع اخلاقيات الممارسة الصحفية علامة استفهام في عصر الميديا الجديدة، وهذا مانحن بصدد معالجته في هذه الدراسة وقبل التطرق الى الإعلام الجديد و تأثيرات التكنولوجيا على الممارسة الصحفية والاخلاقيات الصحفية في عصر الميديا الجديدة، سنقوم بقراءة معرفية مختصر عن الأخلاق في الفكر الفلسفي الغربي والفكر العربي الإسلامي
