Résumé: يعد توفير البيئة المناسبة للطفل المريض في المؤسسة التعليمية بمختلف أطوارها من العوامل الرئيسية الهامة التي تمكن الطفل من ممارسة حقه في التعليم شأنه في ذلك شأن الأطفال الأصحاء، فهي من أهم المتطلبات التي يتطلبها من أجل متابعة تعليمه والتغلب على كل عائق أو صعوبة قد تمنعه من ذلك. حيث تتجسد هذه البيئة في مجموعة من العوامل المادية والعوامل المعنوية التي تحيط بالطفل المريض طوال مشواره الدراسي بالمؤسسة التعليمية التي يتواجد بها، تعمل متى اجتمعت على خلق بيئة مناسبة تعزز وتحافظ على حق الطفل المريض في التعليم. Providing the appropriate environment for the sick child in the educational institution in all its stages is one of the main factors that enable this child to practice the funniest of the prerequisites required to follow up his education and overcome any obstacles or difficulties that may prevent him from his education in the same way as healthy children. This environment is embodied in a variety of physical and moral factors that surround the sick child throughout his or her educational career in the educational institution in which he or she is present. When they come together, they create an appropriate environment that promotes and preserves the child's right to education.
