الأداء الوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليلية دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من الممرضين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بولاية ورقلة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحاليةعلى معرفةمستوى الأداءالوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليليةاعتمدت هذه الدراسةعلى المنهج الوصفي، كما أجريت على عينة من الممرضين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة البالغ عددهم (70)من الممرضين بالمناوبة الليلة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية داخل المستشفىكما اعتمدت الدراسةبجمعالبيانات على أداة الاستبيان الأداء الوظيفي وتم معالجة البيانات بالمتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين الأحادي. ومنه تم التوصل نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي : 1. مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليلية في بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة مرتفع 2. يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي الوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليلية تعزى لمتغير الجنس 3. لايوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي الوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليلية تعزى لمتغيرالحالة الاجتماعية . 4. لايوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي الوظيفي لدى الممرضين الذين يعملون وفق نظام المناوبة الليلية تعزى لمتغيروالأقدمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء الوظيفي ، المناوبة الليلية ، الممرضين . Résumé : L'étudeactuelleportesur le travail de nuit et son impact sur le rendement du personnel infermier et ce par uneapproche descriptive effectuéesur un groupe de 70 infermiersexerçant à l'hôpital de MohamedBoudiaf ouargla. Cesderniersonttravaillés des quarts de nuitsetétéchoisis au hasard. L'étudeaégalementadopté la collecte de données par le biais de questionnaires sur la fonctionnalité. Cesdernièresontététraité par moyennearithmétique, la déviation standard, tests surdeuxéchantillonsindependantsetl'analyse de la mono-variance. Les résultats de l'étudesont résumés ci-dessous: Il a étéconstatéque le niveau de performances des infermierssujets de l'étudesontélevées et égales entre euxmêmesmalgré les différences de sexes, d'ancienneté et d'appartenancessociales. This study was bosed on a dexriptive approach .it was also conducted on a sample of nurses at mouhammed boudiaf hospital in ouargla . their number is to nurses wbo were randomly selected in the hospital "they work at night" the study also relied on the collection of data on the questionnair for functional performance . the data were processed using the mean and standard deviation . two independent samples . The results of the study concluded . That : The level of performance of nurses working under the night shift system at the hospital of mouhammed boudiaf in ouargla is high . as the results showed . no significant differences in the performance of nurses who work according to the night shift system . the night shift is related to the sex of workers . wherethes are no statisticolly significant differences in the performance of nurses who work according to the night shift program due to the variable of seniority . there are no statisticolly significant sifferences in the performance of nurses who work according to the night shift system .
