درجة امتلاك اساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للكفايات التدريسية في الطور الابتدائي من وجهة نظرهم (دراسة ميدانية بابتدائيات بلدية بوسعادة)

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم درجة امتلاك اساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في الطور الابتدائي للكفايات التدريسية اللازمة و الاساسية ، استخدمت الدراسة منهجية وصفية اعتمدت على الاستبيان موجهة لعدد من الاساتذة ، اظهرت النتائج ان معظمهم يمتلكون كفايات تدريسية بنسبة ضعيفة ، لكن هناك تفاوت في بعض الجوانب مثل التخطيط واوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير دورات تدريبية مستمرة لتحسين الكفايات التدريسية بشكل خاص وتشجيع التبادل المهني بين الاساتذة لتبادل الخبرات و تحسين الاداء التدريسي . عنوان الدراسة : درجة امتلاك اساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للكفايات التدريسية في الطور الابتدائي من وجهة نظرهم (دراسة ميدانية بابتدائيات بلدية بوسعادة) أهداف الدراسة : * التعرف على درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للكفايات التدريسية . * التعرف على درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التخطيط . * التعرف على درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التنفيذ . * التعرف على درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التقويم . التساؤل العام الدراسة : ما درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للكفايات التدريسية في الطور الابتدائي ؟ التساؤلات الجزئية : 1- ما درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التخطيط في الطور الابتدائي؟ 2- ما درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التنفيذ في الطور الابتدائي؟ 3- ما درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التقويم في الطور الابتدائي؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة : درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية للكفايات التدريسية في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة . الفرضيات الجزئية 1- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التخطيط في الطور الابتدائي متوسطة . 2- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التنفيذ في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة . 3- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التقويم في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة . المنهج المتبع في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة الاستبيان الكلمات المفتاحية الكفاية ، الكفايات التدريسية ، كفاية التخطيط ، كفاية التنفيذ ، كفاية التقويم ، استاذ التربية البدنية ، مرحلة الطور الابتدائي . جاء هذا البحث في فصول . الفصل الأول: الاطار العام للدراسة وتناول الفصل الثاني : استاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية أما الفصل الثالث: الكفايات التدريسية من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليه الباحث : 1- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التخطيط في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة . 2- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التنفيذ في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة. 3- درجة امتلاك أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لكفاية التقويم في الطور الابتدائي ضعيفة. أهم التوصيات: * تقديم برامج تدريبية مستمرة تستهدف تطوير الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية مع التركيز على احدث الأساليب التربوية و التكنولوجية . * إجراء تقييمات دورية لأداء الأساتذة بهدف تحديد نقاط القوة و مجالات التحسين، واستخدام نتائج هذه التقييمات لتوجيه البرامج التدريبية و التطوير المهني . * تعزيز التعاون بين الأساتذة و تشجيع تبادل الخبرات بينهم من خلال ورشات عمل و الندوات التربوية الداخلية و الخارجية * توفير موارد تعليمية متطورة مثل الوسائل الرياضية الحديثة لدعم الأساتذة في تقديم دروس ذات جودة عالية * حث الأساتذة على المشاركة في الدورات التكوينية و المؤتمرات العلمية ، مما يساهم في تحديث معارفهم و تطبيق احدث النتائج في العملية التعليمية.
