Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تكوين المعلمين وفق معايير جودة المعلم التي أصبحت مطلب هام من مطالب التنمية البشرية،و من اجل ذلك قمنا بتطبيق مقياس معايير جودة المعلم على عينة قوامها(73) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الأساتذة لسنوات الأخيرة بالمدارس العليا اللذين هم في فترة تربصات ميدانية في المتوسطات والثانويات ، وخلصت الدارسة إلى جملت من النتائج منه: انه الطلبة الأساتذة خريجي المدارسة العليا يقدرون تكوينهم وفق معايير جودة المعلم في حدد المتوسط. الكلمات المفتاحية:الطالب الأستاذ؛الجودة؛ معايير جودة المعلم. Abstract:The current study aims at shedding the light on the importance of teachers’ training according to the teachers’ quality standards, which has become one of the most important demands of human development. For this purpose we have applied the scale of teacher quality standards on a sample of (73) students of the higher school of teachers, in last year’s. The subjects of the given sample were in training period in middle and secondary schools. The results obtained from the study concluded that: the students of the higher school of teachers estimate their performance as average
