مساهمة تقييم الأداء التدريسي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة وطلبة جامعة الوادي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على مساهمة تقييم الأداء التدريسي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة وطلبة جامعة الوادي، وقد اتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّنت العيّنة من(300) أستاذ وطالب، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أنّ مساهمة تقييم الأداء التدريسي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي حسب وجهتي نظر أساتذة وطلبة الجامعة كانت بدرجة منخفضة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهة نظر الأساتذة حول هذه المساهمة باختلاف رتبتهم العلمية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهة نظر الطلبة حول هذه المساهمة باختلاف تخصّصهم الدراسي لصالح طلبة العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية. The study aimed at identifying the contribution of teaching performance evaluation in order to improve the quality of higher education from the point of view of both professors and students of El oued- University. The study has followed the descriptive analytical approach, and it has consisted of(300) teachers and students, who have been chosen randomly. The teaching performance in improving the quality of high education according to the viewpoints of professors and university students was of a low degree, and there are no statistically significant differences in the professors ’point of view about this contribution according to their academic rank. Meanwhile, there are statistically significant differences in the students’ view of this contribution according to their different academic specialization in favor of students of humanities and social sciences.
