Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تناولت ىذه الدراسة البحث في مستوى الطموح وعلاقتو بالإبداع الإداري لدى العمال الإداريين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية - رزيق البشير- ببوسعادة ، حيث تم معالجة ىذا الموضوع من خلال عدة عوامل لمبحث. وعميو تم طرح التساؤل العام ليذه الدراسة. ىل ىناك علاقة بين مستوى الطموح والإبداع الإداري لدى العمال الإداريين بمؤسسة – رزيق البشير- ببوسعادة. فرضيات الدراسة: توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين مستوى الطموح والإبداع الإداري لدى العمال الإداريين بمؤسسة –رزيق البشير- ببوسعادة. مستوى الطموح لدى العمال الإداريين بمؤسسة –رزيق البشير- ببوسعادة منخفض. توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين النظرة إلى الحياة والإبداع الإداري . توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين تحمل المسؤولية والإبداع الإداري. توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الميل إلى المثابرة والإبداع الإداري. منهج الدراسة: تم الإعتماد عمى المنيج الوصفي الذي يعتمد عمى دراسة الظاىرة ووصفيا كميا و كيفيا. عينة الدراسة: تم إجراء الدراسة عمى عينة مكونة من 54عاملا . أدوات الدراسة: مقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد كاميميا عبد الفتاح .0791 استبيان الإبداع الاداري لسعد خمف ومحمد كريم .0101 نتائج الدراسة: توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين مستوى الطموح والإبداع الإداري لدى العمال الإداريين بمؤسسة رزيق البشير ببوسعادة.مستوى الطموح لدى العمال الإداريين بمؤسسة رزيق البشير ببوسعادة منخفض. توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين النظرة إلى الحياة والإبداع الإداري. توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين تحمل المسؤولية والإبداع الإداري. توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين الميل إلى المثابرة والإبداع الإداريAbstarct Study Title: The ambition’s level and its relationship with the administrative creativity of the workers in the institution Study’s problem: Current study’s problem is to detect the administrative workers ambition and its relationship to administrative creativity. Study Hypotheses: - There is a correlation between the ambition’s level and the administrative creativity of the administrative workers in the institution - Rezik al-Bashir – Bou saada. - Low level of ambition for administrative workers of the institution - Rezik al-Bashir – Bou saada. - There is a correlation between the life outlook and administrative creativity. - There is a correlation between the responsibilities and the administrative creativity. -There is a correlation between the tendency to persevereand and the administrative creativity . Study’s Objectives: - Identify the ambition’s level of the administrative workers in the institution. - Identify the relationship between the level of administrative ambition and creativity of the workers in the institution. - Giving a clear conception of the administrative creativity. - The possibility of reaching results which we can suggest some recommendations from it to the administrative workers The importance of studying: - The current study is one of the most important topics in the field of administration. It deals with two important concepts: the level of ambition and administrative creativity.. - This study may contribute to understand the nature of the relationship between the level of ambition and administrative creativity of the employees of the institution. - Scientific Proposition for the Libraries of Psychology and Social Sciences. - Identify whether the level of ambition among the sample members is suitable with their creativity abilities. Study Approach: The researcher used the descriptive approach, which depends on the phenomenon studying and describe it quantitatively. The study sample: The study was conducted on a sample of 45 workers. Study Tools: - The level of ambition prepared by Camellia Abdel-Fattah 1970. - Administrative innovation questionnaire for Saad Khalaf and Mohamed Karim 2010. The most important statistical methods used: - Parson’s correlation coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test, Alpha Cronbach, using the statistical package of social sciences (spss) Results: - There is a positive correlation between the level of ambition and administrative creativity of the administrative workers in the institution of - Rezik al-Bashir – Bou saada.- The raising level of ambition of the administrative workers of the the institution - Rezik al-Bashir – Bou saada is low - --There is a positive correlation between the outlook on life and administrative creativity. - There is a positive correlation between responsibility and administrative creativity. - There is a positive correlation between the spirit of perseverance and administrative creativity. -There is positive coreelation between the The tendency to persevere and administrative creativity.
