Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقة التنظيمية والالتزام التنظيمي بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز، أحد فروع الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز، واستخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عمال إداريين، إطارات تسيير، تقنيين، وأعوان تنفيذ تم اختيارهم عشوائيا، وقد بلغ عدد العينة 82 عاملا بعد أن تم توزيع 100 استبيان في الأصل من اجل معرفة وجهة نظر العمال اتجاه الموضوع قيد الدراسة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى أنه توجد علاقة ضعيفة نوعا ما بين مستوى الثقة التنظيمية و مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العمال، إضافة إلى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الثقة التنظيمية تعزى إلى عامل الخبرة المهنية. Abstract The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment. in the electricity and gas Distribution Company, one of the branches of the Algerian Electric and Gas Company, SONELGAZ, this study used the descriptive method. The study community is composed of administrates, managers, technicians, and randomly selected implementers. The sample number was 82, after 100 questionnaires had originally been distributed in order to find out the perspective of the workers toward the subject under consideration. The results of the current study found that there was a medium relationship between the level of organizational trust and the level of organizational commitment of workers, in addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational commitment attributable to the experience factor.
