المواطنة العالمية في الفلسفة الرواقية وإمتدادتها في الفكر السياسي الغربي المعاصر

Résumé: يهدف موضوعنا هذا إلى دراسة المدرسة الرواقية ومدى إسهامها في الفكر الفلسفي، وأهم نقطة قمنا بمعالجتها في هذا الموضوع هي فكرة المواطنة العالمية ومدى تطبيقها ومعايشتها في أرض الواقع فقد كان فلاسفة الرواق يتوقون إلى تحقيق هذه الفكرة فقد إنبثقت من خلال الواقع الذي آل إليه المجتمع اليوناني من جانبه السياسي والإجتماعي، وقد رجعت إلى مبادئ المواطنة العالمية بقانونها الطبيعي الذي يشترك فيه عامة الناس، والحرية والمساواة الذي يجب أن تسود أفراد الدولة العالمية.اندثرت المدرسة الرواقية غير أن فكرة المواطنة العالمية بقيت حاضرة في الفكر الفلسفي فنجدها في الديانة المسيحية متجسدة من خلال فكرة المحبة والتسامح بين أفراد الدين المسيحي، ونجدها كذلك حاضرة في الفلسفة من خلال مشروع كانط للسلام الدائم الذي أعلن فيها عن حلف يضم جميع الشعوب بعيد عن ويلات الحروب، ونجدها كذلك حاضرة في الجانب السياسي من خلال منظمة عصبة الأمم باعتبارها منظمة عالمية تهدف إلى حفظ الأمن والسلم بين الأفراد والدول.This topic aims to studying "the school of Stoicism and its contribution to philosophical thought", and the most important point we have addressed in this subject is the idea of"the universal citizenship and the extent of its application and living in the ground". The philosophers of Stoicism were so excited about the realization of this idea. It arose out of the reality of the Greek society in its political and social aspects. It returned to the principles of universal citizenship by its natural law, which the common people share, freedom and equality which must prevail among the members of the world state. The school of arcade fell however, the idea of global citizenship remained present in philosophical thought, and we find it in the Christian religion embodied by the idea of love and tolerance among the members of the Christian religion, and we find it also present in philosophy through Kant's project of peace in which he announced the alliance of all peoples far from the scourge of war, It is also present on the political side through the Organization of the League of Nations as a global organization aimed at maintaining security and peace between individuals and nations.
