Résumé: : تميز الفكر الهيلنستي بدعوته للكونية cosmopolitisme أوما يسمى بالمواطنة العالمية التي نادت بها الرواقية "عالمية الطبيعة البشرية، ووحدة الجنس البشري ،بما أن العقل هو خاصية إنسانية، وفي هذا خالفت الفكر اليوناني بدعوتها لخضوع لسلطة قانون المدينة الكونية (كوزموبوليس) cosmo polis على خلاف قانون المدينة (polis بوليس) الذي يعترف بعالمية الحق الطبيعي لكل إنسان إلا أن العالمية عرفت تحولات فكرية نتيجة التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وسياسية ،إذ تحولت من أساس أخلاقي إلى أساس مادي وإيديولوجي من العالمية إلى العولمة Hellenistic thought was distinguished by its call to cosmopolitism or the so-called global citizenship that the stoics called for ,the universality of human nature and the unity of the human race, since reason is a human characteristic, and in this it contradicted Greek thought by calling for submission to the rule of Cosmo polis in contrast to the law of the city,(polis) which recognizes the universality of the natural right of every human being ,but the call to universality has undergone intellectual transformations as a result of social ,economic and political changers ,as it has shifted from an ethical basis to a material and ideological basis from globalism to globalization
