تقييم سياسة التحرير المالي في الجزائر باٍستعمال نموذج الاٍنحدار الذاتي لفترات الاٍبطاء الموزعة (ardl) خلال الفترة (1990-2019)

Résumé: تعتبر سنة 1990 نقطة تحول في الاٍقتصاد الجزائري، حيث شرعت الجزائر على غرار بقية الدول النامية في تغيير النهج الاٍقتصادي والاٍنتقال من الاٍقتصاد المخطط اٍلى اٍقتصاد السوق، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر أهم مؤشرات سياسة التحرير المالي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين (1990-2019)، وذلك باٍستخدام تقنية الاٍنحدار الذاتي لفترات الاٍبطاء الموزعة (ARDL) للتكامل المشترك.توصلت هذه الدراسة اٍلى وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات، مع وجود علاقة عكسية معنوية بين GDPو كل من المتغيرين المستقلين Bank وTrade في المدى الطويل وعلاقة طردية معنوية بينGDP وM2/GDP، ومنه فسياسة التحرير المالي لا تؤثر على النمو الاٍقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة ويعود ذلك أساسا لعدم التقيد بمتطلبات نجاح هذه السياسة. The year 1990 is considered a turning point in the Algerian economy, similar to other developing countries Algeria started to change the economic approach and the transition from a planned economy to a market economy. This study aims to measure the effect of the most important indicators of financial liberalization policy on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2019), by using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) co-integration technique. The results obtained from this study demonstrate the presence of a co-integration relationship between the variables, with the presence of an inverse relationship between GDP and both of independent variables Trade and B in the long-term, also the presence of a positive and significant relationship between GDP and M2/GDP. The financial liberalization policy does not affect the economic growth in Algeria during the study period due to the lack of compliance with the requirements for the success of this study
