تأثير التحرير المالي على التطور المالي في الجزائر : باستعمال نموذج Ardl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اختبار تأثير سياسة التحرير المالي على تطوير النظام المالي مع ادخال نوعية المؤسسات ضمن هذه العلاقة، دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2016 ، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة الذي قدمه Pesaran, et al. (2001) ، وكشفت النتائج التجريبية عن أن تفاعل بين سياسة تحرير المالي و الاطار المؤسساتي يأثر سلبا على نشاط الوساطة المالية ، و هذا يدل على أن سياسة التحرير المالي المتبعة لم تساهم في تطوير النظام المالي بالإضافة الى ضعف الاطار المؤسساتي الذي ينشط به القطاع المالي . This study attempts to examine the impact of financial liberalzation on financial development and show the role of institutional quality in this relationship Algeria case study during the period 1990 to 2011, This analysis is based on the bound testing approach or the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) given by Pesaran, et al. (2001). The empirical results show that the interaction between financial liberalization and institutional environment have a negatif impact on financial development, this result insist about more financial and institutional reforms aim to contribute in development of financial system.
