Résumé: The main objective of this study was to study the impact of social responsibility to achieve the competitive advantage of the Algeria Telecom Company, where we chose four dimensions for the independent variable (social responsibility). We also divided the dependent variable of competitive advantage into four dimensions: quality, cost reduction, creativity and innovation, and response. To complete the study, a questionnaire was prepared by the two researchers, which was used as a tool for data collection, as the questionnaire was distributed to an appropriate sample consisting of (87) workers at Algeria Telecom Corporation in Tokrt, and the descriptive approach was used, where we obtained (70) valid questionnaires for analysis, and a program was used Statistical Analysis (Spss). The most important results obtained in this study are as follows: _Social responsibility positively affected the competitive advantage at Algeria Telecom Touggourt- Social responsibility affects positively in Algeria Telecom Corporation_ Competitive advantage affects positively from the point of view of workers in the institutions Algeria Telecom Touggourt-Both the legal dimension and the moral dimension of social responsibility have a positive effect on the competitive advantage- There are no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of sample members Study on social responsibility and competitive advantage.
