كفاءة نموذج Tdabc في حساب التكلفة الزمنية لصيانة السيارات: دراسة تطبيقية في وكيل خدمات رونو -عين مليلة -

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق نموذج التكلفة المستند إلى الأنشطة الموجهة بالوقت TDABC لقياس تكاليف خدمات الصيانة والإصلاح في قطاع السيارات. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمنا أداة دراسة الحالة وأظهرت النتائج أن نموذج TDABC يتمتع بمرونة وكفاءة عالية في تنفيذه، حتى في ظل تعدد وتعقيد أنشطة خدمات الصيانة. يوفر هذا النموذج إمكانية تحديد وقياس تكلفة خدمات الصيانة بدقة متناهية، بالإضافة إلى حساب الزمن الإجمالي المطلوب لكل خدمة، مما يمكّن الإدارة من اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية قائمة على بيانات دقيقة تهدف إلى تقليل التكاليف وزيادة الأرباح. Abstract : This study aims to apply the Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) model to measure the costs of maintenance and repair services in the automotive sector. We adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and utilized the case study tool. The results showed that the TDABC model offers high flexibility and efficiency in its implementation, even with the diversity and complexity of maintenance services activities. This model provides the ability to accurately determine and measure the cost of maintenance services, in addition to calculating the total time required for each service. This enables management to make strategic decisions based on precise data, aimed at reducing costs and increasing profits.
