منهج الإمام مالك في تفسير آيات الأحكام - الموطأ أنموذجا -
Résumé: تطرق هذا البحث لموضوع آيات الأحكام ضمن منهج التفسير الفقهي عند الإمام مالك، حيث قام بجمع الآيات التي تولى الإمام مالك تفسيرها تفسيرا فقهيا من كتاب الموطأ، مع دراسة مظاهر اعتنائه بالآيات القرآنية باعتبارها المصدر التشريعي الأول، ثم بحث في منهج استدلاله بهذه الآيات على الأحكام الفقهية. This research topic of the verses of the provisions within the curriculum of juristic interpretation when « Imam Malek », where the collection of the verses that took the « Imam Malek » interpreted juristically from the book « Al-Muwatta » with the study of manifestations of attention signs Koranic verses as legislative source, and then discussed in his approach to the indicative these verses on the jurisprudence.
