جريمة نقل الأطفال عنوة إلى جماعة أخرى في القانون الدولي الجنائي

Résumé: ملخص: ترتكب على الأطفال أفعال وجرائم جسيمة ذكرت في الأنظمة الأساسية للمحاكم الجنائية الدولية، غير أن فعل الإبعاد أو النقل القسري للطفل من جماعة إلى جماعة أخرى يبقى يشكل أكبر جريمة ترتكب في حق الطفل، تجعل ضرورة تدخل أجهزة الأمم المتحدة و القضاء الدولي الجنائي لمنع وقمع هذه الجريمة مطلبا لابد من تحقيقه لحماية هذا الطفل من أخطر فعل في جريمة الإبادة الجماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإبعاد؛ النقل القسري للأطفال. Abstract: Grave acts and crimes are committed on children mentioned in the statutes of the International Criminal Courts. However, the act of deportation or forcible transfer of the child from one group to another group remains the largest crime committed against the child that makes the need for the intervention of the United Nations agencies and the international criminal judiciary to prevent and suppress this crime a requirement. It must be achieved to protect this child from the most serious act of genocide. Key words: deportation, forcible transfer of children.
