The Effectiveness Of Artificial Intelligence Systems In Combating Electronic Terrorism Crimes

Résumé: This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence systems in combating electronic terrorism crimes. AI applications are leveraged to process data on terrorists and high-risk suspects, with the objective of preempting criminal activities. Terrorist organizations have significantly enhanced their technological infrastructures, exploiting extensive datasets to conduct real-time analyses that support their operations and recruitment efforts via digital platforms. This study provides a detailed examination of AI's characteristics and the legal constructs surrounding electronic terrorism, alongside an in-depth analysis of how AI systems can be strategically employed to counteract cyber-terrorism. The paper concludes with key findings and actionable recommendation تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى فعالية أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في التصدي لجرائم الإرهاب الالكتروني، حيث تخضع بيانات الإرهابيين و المتهمين الخطيرين لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تضطلع لكشف الجرائم قبل ارتكابها، فقد طورت التنظيمات الإرهابية قدراتها التكنولوجية بما سمح لها باستخدام بيانات ضخمة و تحليلها عبر الانترنت بغرض تسهيل عملياتها الإرهابية و التجنيد الالكتروني للشباب عبر شبكة الانترنت،واشتملت الدراسة على بيان ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي و التنظيم القانوني للجرائم الإرهابية الالكترونية ،و كذلك بيان دور أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة الجريمة الإرهابية الالكترونية و خلصنا في الأخير إلى نتائج و توصيات
